Financial Services

Office of Budget & Planning

Responsible for strategic budget development, long-range budget planning with University units, and the approval of Position Management Forms.

Financial Planning & Analysis

Provide analytical support to leadership and campus through financial modeling, data analysis and strategic thought partnership to projects ranging from single day events to the creation of new programs.

Office of the Controller

Responsible for the areas of: Accounting & Financial Services, Tax, Research and Sponsored Accounting, Payroll, Accounts Payable, and Accounting Operations.

Office of Treasury Services

Manage banking relationships, cash and operating liquidity, depository services, debt issuance, capital planning, and the acquisition, disposition and management of real estate outside of the campus boundaries.

Insurance

Administer and manage insurance policies and claims processing, certificates of insurance requests, and the University-wide insurance portfolio.

Procurement Services

Manage the sourcing and purchasing of goods and services, the University's system for travel and expenses, and contract management with suppliers.

Finance Division Summer Internship Opportunity

The Finance Division Summer Internship offers a work opportunity for students looking to enhance their understanding of higher education, not-for-profit, or corporate finance. Knowledge and skills will be developed through internship experiences in the fields of Accounting Services & Operations, Financial Planning & Analysis, Procurement, Tax, University Budgeting, or Treasury Services and Real Estate.
